Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software would be an added advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage financial tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organising files, checking archived documents and updating document records.
• Retrieve documents when required to support the Finance Department.
• Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including payment processing and accounts payable.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, within deadlines and in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager to support finance and accounting functions.
