AHAM Capital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance/Accounts Executive to manage daily payments, receivables, and cash reporting, while ensuring accuracy of vendor invoices and tax compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

The role also involves bank reconciliations, invoicing, billing alignment with contracts, and documentation maintenance. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP/Oracle are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1 year relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with SAP/Oracle or equivalent.
• Good attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Responsabilités

• Process daily payments in accordance with approved payment terms, internal policies, and authorization limits.
• Monitor daily receivables and follow up with internal teams and counterparties on outstanding or overdue items.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily and monthly cash position reports.
• Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, supporting documentation, and appropriate approvals prior to payment.
• Calculate and process withholding tax (WHT) accurately for applicable transactions.
• Prepare and submit WHT returns within the required statutory deadlines.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
• Ensure all billing is in accordance with contractual terms and internal policies.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve reconciling items, including unidentified receipts, bank charges, and timing differences.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for payment, billing, tax, and reconciliation activities.
• Provide support for other finance-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required by the Unit Head.
