Job summary

CE Brush Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounting Executive to join our on-site Finance & Accounting team in Batu Kawan. The role covers day-to-day operations from AR/AP/GL to purchasing, imports, supplier coordination and stock takes.

You’ll handle invoicing, payments, reconciliations, journal entries and month-end processes while collaborating with Warehouse, Purchasing and Production. Strong numeracy and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Understand basics of AR, AP and GL; know AutoCount Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes, and match with supporting documents.
• Track customer payments and manage outstanding accounts.
• Follow up on overdue payments and reconcile AR records.
• Handle supplier invoices and payments; reconcile supplier statements.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, general ledger entries and month-end closing.
• Support audit, tax and management reporting as required.
• Occasionally inspect warehouse stock to verify inventory accuracy.
