Job summary

TDCX Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Intern who will gain hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting within a dynamic professional environment. You will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with general ledger reconciliation, and help prepare financial statements under supervision.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (pre-graduation).
• Proficient in Excel and D365.
• Strong numerical/analytic abilities and attention to detail.

• Assist with general ledger preparation and reconciliation.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Organise financial documents and records.
• Prepare financial reports for management.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team at TDCX Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time internship opportunity that will provide you with valuable hands‑on experience in financial accounting and reporting within a dynamic professional environment. In this role, you will support our finance team in day‑to‑day accounting operations, contribute to financial reporting processes, and develop a practical understanding of how financial accounting functions within a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Supporting the compilation of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assisting with the organisation and filing of financial documents and records
• Helping to prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
• Assisting with basic tax compliance and regulatory reporting tasks
• Supporting audit activities and preparing required documentation

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Professional Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent (pre-graduated)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and D365
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
• Good numerical and analytical abilities
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Keen to learn and develop practical accounting knowledge
