Job summary

DXC Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic Accounting & Finance Intern to join our Finance Shared Services Team for a 6-month internship. You will perform monthly accounting postings, reconciliations, and assist with month-end close, while participating in system and process improvement projects and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.

English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree in Accounting.
• Familiar with MS Office tools.
• Able to speak, read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and teamwork.

Responsibilities

This is an immediate internship opportunity, spanning 6 months.

Job Description

Perform monthly accounting posting, reconciliations, report,s and support month-end closing activities based on the scope assigned.

Participate in ongoing system/process improvement projects.

Support operational issue resolution, and ensure client requests are attended to by the team on a timely basis.

Qualifications

A recognized Degree in Accounting

Familiar with MS Office tools

Able to speak, read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia

Good interpersonal skills

Passion for learning and teamwork

Requirement:

Prefer internship period starts from Jan/Feb/March 2026

Good oral and written skills in English/ Bahasa Malaysia.

Adequate knowledge in Microsoft office usage : Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Eligibility: Malaysian citizen
