Job summary

PAIX Tech SDN BHD, an AI-native fintech company, is hiring for a foundational operations role based at Menara UOA Bangsar. You will support accounting, payroll, HR admin, and back-office functions to keep the business running smoothly.

You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, vendor payments, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and assist with compliance filings under the guidance of the Operations Lead. A diploma/degree in relevant fields preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting support, HR administration, or operations.
• Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) or Excel.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day bookkeeping – invoice entry, payments, and expenses.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile with bank statements.
• Support payroll processing and statutory contributions.
• Maintain employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and leave management.
• Handle procurement and vendor invoices; support compliance docs.
