Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance and/or HR (fresh graduates with strong aptitude may be considered).
• Familiarity with Malaysian payroll, tax, and labor law requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/HR software such as Auto Count or SQL Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Finance: handle full set of accounts, bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; process payments and petty cash.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation; liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Human Resources: maintain employee records, administer payroll and statutory contributions.
• Support performance management, leave administration, and HR policy implementation.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Handle full set of accounts, including day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts reconciliation, and preparation of financial records
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Process payments, claims, and petty cash management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (E-invoice, SST, income tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as needed

Human Resources

• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Administer payroll processing and statutory contributions
• Support performance management, leave administration, and HR policy implementation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
• Assist with HR compliance and employment documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance and/or HR (fresh graduates with strong aptitude may be considered)
• Familiarity with Malaysian payroll, tax, and labor law requirements is an advantage
