About the Role
Beustone Auto Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an organized and proactive Finance Executive to take ownership of our day-to-day finance function. You'll manage the full accounts cycle, handle payroll, and be the go-to person for keeping our financial operations accurate and on schedule. This role suits someone who's comfortable working independently, enjoys structure, and doesn't mind the occasional trip out of the office to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices, receipts, and supplier payments; follow up on outstanding balances
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate account ledgers
Maintain petty cash records and monitor expense tracking
Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation
Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documentation
Payroll & Compliance
Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions
Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure statutory compliance
Administrative Support
Handle bank-related errands (deposits, withdrawals, documentation)
Manage renewal of business licenses and related government/regulatory filings
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in a finance/accounts role, ideally with payroll exposure
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar) required
Own transport preferred, given occasional bank and government office errands
High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
