Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Experience in using SAP system will be an added advantage.

• Month end closing processes and support for monthly closings.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and highlight risks, opportunities and trends.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Analyse product profitability and monitor margins and KPIs.
• Prepare and post accounting journals with proper supporting documents.
• Monitor marketing expenses and ensure budget adherence.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Participate in projects, audits, process improvements and business analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Month End Closing

• Prepare and support monthly financial closing activities
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for closing requirements

Forecasting

• Prepare monthly forecasts
• Highlight risks, opportunities, and business trends

Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies

Product Performance Analysis

• Analyse product profitability and performance
• Monitor sales, margins, and key financial indicators
• Provide insights to support business decisions

Journal Posting

• Prepare and post accounting journals
• Ensure proper supporting documentation
• Maintain accounting accuracy and audit readiness

Marketing Expense Control & Monitoring

• Partner with the marketing team
• Track marketing spending against budget
• Ensure expense compliance and cost control

Annual Budget Preparation

• Support yearly budgeting exercises
• Prepare budget reports and variance analysis

Ad Hoc Tasks
