Job summary

Seri Media Outdoor Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to join a dynamic finance team in Malaysia. You will manage full-set accounts, handle AP/AR and GL, and perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses to support strategic decisions.

The role requires a professional accounting qualification and 5+ years of experience, with strong Excel skills and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with local regulations and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set of accounts using accounting software and tools.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing financial transactions.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Oversee Company Secretarial matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses as assigned.

Job Scope:
