Job summary

Esri Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily finance and accounting activities, including accounts payable, month-end closing, banking, reconciliations, tax compliance, and CAPEX. The role supports financial reporting and liaises with auditors and tax agents.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English. Workday experience is a plus in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy with relevant accounting knowledge and numerical aptitude.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced skills including pivot tables.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Workday is an added advantage.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable, month-end closing, banking, reconciliations.
• Prepare SST filings and handle tax-related matters.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet schedules.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Manage CAPEX and support financial reporting.
