Job summary

Esri Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily finance and accounting activities, including accounts payable, month-end closing, banking, reconciliations, tax compliance, and CAPEX. You will support financial reporting and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years' experience, is proficient in Excel, and communicates well in English. Experience with the Workday system is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy with 3 years working experience.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Workday system is an added advantage.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payables handling including monthly closing, ageing reports and reconciliations.
• Handle banking matters.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare SST filings and other tax-related matters.
• Manage CAPEX.
• Ad hoc duties.
