Job summary

Esri Malaysia, a leader in GIS solutions, invites applications for a Finance Executive to manage daily finance and accounting activities in Shah Alam. You will handle accounts payable, month-end closing, banking, reconciliations, tax compliance, and CAPEX, and support financial reporting with auditors and tax agents.

About the Role

The Finance Executive will manage daily finance and accounting activities, including accounts payable, month-end closing, banking, reconciliations, tax compliance, and CAPEX. The role will also support financial reporting and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

The key responsibilities include:

• In charge of Accounts Payables, including monthly closing, ageing report and reconciliations.
• Handle banking matters.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare monthly journal entry and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare SST fillings and handle other tax-related matters.
• Manage CAPEX.

About You

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident working with numbers, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong Excel skills, good English communication, and a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!

You will be successful if you have:

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 3 years working experience preferably in audit or IT service industry.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications such as pivot table.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience using Workday system will be an added advantage
• Have good command in English.
