Job summary

Esri Malaysia is seeking a driven Finance Executive to join our team in Shah Alam. You will manage daily finance and accounting activities, including accounts payable, month-end closing, banking, reconciliations, tax compliance, and CAPEX.

You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, prepare journal entries and balance sheet schedules, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting and at least 3 years' experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy with minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in audit or IT service industry.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office (pivot tables in particular).
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Workday is an added advantage.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, including monthly close, ageing and reconciliations.
• Handle banking matters.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare SST filings and other tax-related matters.
• Manage CAPEX.
