Job summary

KLK Berhad Group in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Accounts Payable/Procure-to-Pay specialist to manage end-to-end PTP activities for European entities, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and supplier reconciliations.

You will collaborate across European time zones, support KPI reporting via SAP and OMIS, monitor processing volumes and SLAs, and participate in continuous process improvements. Prior SSC/GBS experience and strong English/BM communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum LCCI Diploma with part ACCA/CIMA professional qualification or accounting graduates or equivalent.
• Basic accounting principles – ability to maintain General ledger and coding.
• SAP ECC6 proficiency; Excel/Word skills advantageous.
• Experience in Shared Services Centre (SSC) / GBS or centralized finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities for European entities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, supplier account reconciliation and issue resolution per policies and SLAs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across European time zones to resolve operational issues.
• Support transaction tracking and KPI reporting through SAP and OMIS; monitor invoice volumes, turnaround times, accuracy and SLA performance.
• Participate in process improvements, system enhancements and user acceptance testing as required.
• Coach and guide team members in Accounts Payable / PTP operations.

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN KLK, LOCATED IN MUTIARA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities for European entities, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, payment execution, supplier account reconciliation, and issue resolution in compliance with company policies, European country-specific requirements, internal controls, and agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different European time zones to resolve operational issues.
• Support accurate transaction tracking and individual KPI reporting through SAP and OMIS.
• Monitor invoice processing volumes, turnaround times, accuracy, and SLA performance.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing where required.
• Prior experience in coaching, training, or guiding team members in Accounts Payable or PTP operations.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum LCCI Diploma /with part ACCA/CIMA professional qualification or accounting graduates or equivalent.
• Basic accounting principles – ability to maintain General ledger and coding.
• Computing skills – ability to operate SAP ECC6, and spreadsheet and competency in Microsoft words would an added advantage.
• Prior experience working in a Shared Services Centre (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or similar centralised finance environment is preferred.
