Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad Group is seeking a finance professional based in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The role focuses on accurate invoice verification in APS, posting in SAP, and clearing advance payments while ensuring timely supplier payments.

You will support routine stock takes and handle discrepancies with purchasers, requestors, and GR personnel. Prior SSC/GBS experience is preferred; English and Bahasa Melayu skills are advantageous.

Competenze

• Minimum LCCI Diploma / with part ACCA/CIMA professional qualification or accounting graduates or equivalent.
• Basic accounting principles – ability to maintain General ledger and coding.
• Computing skills – SAP ECC6, and spreadsheet and competency in Microsoft words would an added advantage.
• Prior experience working in a Shared Services Centre (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or similar centralised finance environment is preferred.

• To verify invoices in APS system and check and post invoices into SAP system promptly and accurately
• To send workflow to clarify with purchaser, requestor and good received person if there are any discrepancies arises.
• To prepare supplier payment according to due date.
• To do clearing for advance payment.
• To ensure no long outstanding payments.
• Participate in routine stock take as and when required.
• To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
