Job summary

Allied Precision Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage the full set of accounts, including ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end close. The role requires independence and accuracy in reporting for a manufacturing environment.

You will prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, financial statements, and management reports, and monitor weekly cashflow while supporting internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of full set of accounts experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in advanced Excel.
• Experience with SyteLine ERP preferred.
• Knowledge of costing and inventory costing.
• Able to work under pressure.

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, financial statements and management reports.
• Manage weekly cashflow movements.
• Experience handling full set of accounts independently.
• Perform other accounting related duties as assigned.

Finance Executive ( Full Set / General Ledger )

Experience handling full set of accounts independently.

Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation and month-end closing.

Familiar with accounting standards and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly profit & Loss A/Cs, financial statements and management reports

Manage weekly cashflow movements

Perform other accounting related duties as assigned

Requirement :

Minimum 2 years of handle full set of accounts and reporting experience in manufacturing environment.

Proficient in Microsoft office skills especially Advanced Excel.

Able to work under pressure.

Experience using SyteLine ERP is preferred.

Knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory costing, and cost variance analysis is an advantage.
