Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Part Professional Accounting qualifications or its equivalent.
• Have Accounting or Auditing background for 3 to 6 years.
• Experience in Construction and Property Development advantages.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting functions, including accurate data entry and meticulous record maintenance.
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports with notes to account.
• Prepare and process invoices and payment vouchers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Effectively and efficiently work with tax agent, auditors, bankers and all other relevant parties.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.
