Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an Accounts Executive to maintain financial records, prepare reports, and support budgeting and taxation activities. The role requires fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong analytical and planning skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 5 years’ related experience, with the capacity to interact with multiple departments and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Customer's Files and Customer's File Checklist.
• Prepare sales status and progress reports.
• Maintain fiscal records: prepare full set of company accounts and yearly budgets.
• Handle taxation and audit matters and assist management as needed.
• Interact with other departments and sister companies as required.
• Report accidents and/or potential hazards to QA Manager promptly.
