Job summary

BestWeb Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily finance operations, staff claims, LHDN and SST matters, and general admin support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Prior accounting exposure is a plus; strong organisational and confidential information handling skills are essential. The candidate will process claims, prepare invoices, monitor payments, and assist with monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; some accounting/finance exposure is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with LHDN and SST is an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process staff claims, reimbursements, petty cash and company expenses.
• Prepare customer invoices and receipts; monitor balances and follow up on payments.
• Assist with SST records, submissions and payments; coordinate with external accountants.
• Maintain accounting records, perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly reports and audit docs.
• Handle general administrative tasks including filing and office supplies.
• Support other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
