Job summary

BestWeb Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily finance operations, staff claims, LHDN and SST matters, and general admin support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Prior accounting exposure is a plus; strong organisational and confidential information handling skills are essential. The candidate will process claims, prepare invoices, monitor payments, and assist with monthly reports.

Qualifications

Finance Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to handle daily finance operations, staff claims, LHDN and SST matters and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Process staff claims, reimbursements, petty cash and company expenses.

Prepare customer invoices and receipts, monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments.

Assist with SST records, submissions and payments, and coordinate with external accountants or tax agents on LHDN and tax matters.

Maintain accounting records, perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly financial reports and audit documentation.

Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, office supplies, subscription renewals and document preparation.

Support other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant accounting or finance experience is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of LHDN matters and SST processes is an advantage.

Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Able to manage deadlines, communicate effectively and work independently.

Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
