Job summary

INAZUME (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Penang, is seeking a motivated Senior/Junior Finance Executive to join our team. Training and guidance will be provided for fresh graduates or experienced candidates alike.

Daily duties include handling AP/AR/GL, processing invoices and payments, performing reconciliations, and assisting with monthly closings and financial reporting. You will monitor payments and maintain proper records in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts and other accounting transactions.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.
• Assist with other finance and accounting tasks as required.
