Job summary

Talent Recruit in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated account/finance graduate or professional to join our finance team as an accounting officer. You will perform full set of accounts in line with policies, prepare reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, and assist with audits and tax queries.

Ideal candidates are meticulous, proactive, able to work independently, and proficient in Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome and experience in e-invoicing is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Experience with e-invoicing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full set of accounts in compliance with relevant financial policies & regulations.

• Verify and process Petty Cash & Expense Claims.
• Handle all Bank-related transactions/queries.
• Handle Auditors and Tax Agents' queries.
• Maintain a proper filing system.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
