Job summary

OffGamers Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive (Fresh Graduate Position) to work closely with the HQ Finance department and progressively take ownership of full-set accounts across the global group.

You will prepare monthly financial reports, liaise with auditors, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and stay updated on local regulations with opportunities to automate workflows. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance, strong numerical skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Internship experience in finance or accounting is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; English and Mandarin required to communicate with Mandarin colleagues in China.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports to facilitate timely month-end closing processes and meet corporate deadlines.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to address audit queries, provide requested documentation, and maintain audit-ready records in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and prepare finalized accounts for managerial review.
• Stay updated on local financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax guidelines, ensuring timely implementation across group entities.
• Dedicate time to master the job scope within the allocated timeframe, provide constructive feedback on current financial reports, and proactively identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows for improved efficiency and data accuracy.
• Assist superiors with other ad-hoc financial tasks.

Job Requirements
