The position supports budgeting, reporting, and compliance, while engaging with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to optimize liquidity and working capital.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Investment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, funding, and risk management.
• Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and using financial software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Good analytical skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash operations: manage and monitor daily cash inflows and outflows with accurate recording and clearance.
• Support short-term cash flow forecasting and annual budgets, with variance analysis for liquidity.
• Process payroll, vendor, supplier, and other payments; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banks and payment providers to execute payment runs and optimize banking relationships.
• Assist in monitoring foreign exchange markets and currency exposure to support hedging decisions.
• Prepare treasury reports, daily cash position, and payment summaries; assist audits and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve payables and receivables issues.

Treasury Executive ( Fresh Graduate Position )

Daily Cash Operations: Manage and monitor daily cash inflows and outflows by ensuring all receipts and payments are accurately recorded and cleared in the system on a daily basis

Cash Flow Forecasting & Budget Assistance: Support the preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts and annual budget plans, assisting with variance analysis to maintain optimal liquidity levels

Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Collaborate with the finance and reconciliation teams to process payroll, vendor, supplier, and other financial obligations, promptly resolving any discrepancies

Bank & Payment Provider Liaison: Coordinate with banks and payment providers to execute payment runs, arrange fund transfers, and negotiate basic transaction terms to optimize banking relationships

Foreign Exchange & Risk Support: Assist with monitoring foreign exchange markets and calculating basic currency exposures to support hedging decisions and mitigate currency risk

Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular treasury reports, including daily cash position and payment summaries, and assist with internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations

Payables & Receivables Assistance: Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve order payables and receivables issues, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and working capital optimization

Requirements
