Job summary

TH Tong Heng Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounts associate to handle AR and AP functions, and to update customer invoice records.

You will file AR e-invoices, RA and DO documents, prepare monthly SOA printouts, and maintain supplier invoice records. This role involves organizing AP invoices and supporting documents and scanning for payment processing, to assist in monthly AP payments.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Update and maintain customer invoice records.
• File and maintain AR e-invoices, RA and DO documents.
• Prepare monthly Statement of Account (SOA) printouts.
• Update and maintain supplier invoice records.
• File and organize all AP invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare and scan invoices and supporting documents for payment processing.
• Assist in the preparation and creation of monthly AP payments.
