Rohde & Schwarz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to handle AP, treasury, taxation, fixed assets and inter-company processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with GAAP/IFRS/MPERS and strong Excel/SAP skills.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, familiarity with SAP ERP, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining data confidentiality. Based in Shah Alam, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized University in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience with GAAP/IFRS/MPERS compliance.
• SAP ERP experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills; Power Pivot/Power Query/Power BI experience essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities; identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Good time management to handle invoicing and payments deadlines.
• High integrity and confidentiality of financial data.

Responsibilities

• AP Functions: process Concur claims, payments and respond to Bank Negara Malaysia codes.
• Treasury Functions: maintain bank accounts, Coupa reporting, cash forecast, internal netting and settlements.
• Taxation: manage corporate tax, withholding tax, and e-invoice compliance.
• Fixed asset: manage tracking and lifecycle compliance.
• Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance listings, reconcilations and posting of journals.
• Support e-invoicing filing and compliance.
• Handle adhoc tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with finance and internal/external stakeholders.
