Job summary

Raffles Iskandar Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia to manage AP, GL, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations. You will ensure timely vendor payments, accuracy of data, and support month-end close.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting with 2–3 years experience and proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist audit preparations.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including AP, fixed assets, and GL.
• Verify, process and record vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process payments, tax payments, and staff claims.
• Prepare and issue intercompany invoices and reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations.
• Data entry in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
