CryoCord Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting with a focus on Accounts Payable and full set reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and secretaries, and support management with ad-hoc analysis.

The role requires a degree or professional qualification, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and at least 1 year of related experience; Mandarin ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification (LCCI/ACCA) in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Strong command of accounting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with industry-standard accounting software.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates with strong technical foundation encouraged.
• Fluency in written/spoken English essential; Mandarin/Chinese ability is a plus for stakeholder communications.

Responsabilités

• Full Spectrum Accounting: Manage end-to-end accounting cycle including AP, AR, and GL; ensure timely management reports.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Primary contact for auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and financial institutions.
• Treasury & Disbursement: Oversee supplier payments and cash flow while maintaining vendor relations.
• Data Integrity: Maintain confidentiality and ensure audit-ready financial documentation.
• Strategic Support: Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
