EcoWorld invites a dedicated Officer to join its finance team in Malaysia. The Executive, Finance will support accounting and treasury functions, prepare financial reports, manage AP/AR, and assist with month-end closing, requiring accuracy and strong reporting knowledge.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 1–2 years of relevant experience; familiarity with tax, reconciliations, and ERP tools is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Familiarity with tax legislation, reconciliations, and financial reporting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash flow management and banking operations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Handling: process payables/receivables and update in line with policies.
• Banking Updates: reconcile collections and manage treasury functions.
• Prepare monthly closing reports, cash flow, and group reporting tasks.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and reconciliations for GL balance checks.
• Assist with ad‑hoc administrative duties as required by the HOD or supervisor.
