Job summary

Nanyang IP Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance support associate to handle general finance matters including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. You will prepare and generate invoices and assist in administrative and secretarial tasks from home, with a flexible remote setup.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and the role may require immediate availability. Prior finance exposure is helpful, but the position welcomes new entrants to join our team remotely.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates may apply; two years of finance experience preferred.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• General finance duties such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
