Job summary

TDOX CLINIC expands its finance team in Malaysia, seeking a Finance Executive / Accounts Executive / Manager to support daily operations, invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.

The role requires accuracy, integrity, and trustworthiness; familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel; Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu communication is valued to engage with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting experience preferred.
• AR/AP experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Accurate, detail-oriented and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment records.
• Monitor payments, collections and outstanding balances.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
• Assist with monthly reporting, petty cash and expense records.
• Monitor expenses and financial transactions.
• Assist with cash flow and payment tracking.
• Prepare basic financial reports for Management.
• Check and reconcile financial records.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Coordinate finance matters with departments.
• Work with Sales on payment and collection records.
• Assist Management with financial information.
• Support Finance SOPs and process improvements.

FINANCE EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

TDOX is undergoing team expansion and organisational transformation. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and trustworthy Finance Executive / Accounts Executive to support daily financial operations and strengthen our finance processes.

Work closely with: Management + Admin + Sales + Customer Service + Marketing + BD

• Handle daily finance and accounting operations
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment records
• Monitor payments, collections and outstanding balances
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Assist with monthly reporting, petty cash and expense records
• Monitor expenses and financial transactions
• Assist with cash flow and payment tracking
• Prepare basic financial reports for Management
• Check and reconcile financial records
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on issues
• Ensure proper documentation and filing
• Coordinate finance matters with departments
• Work with Sales on payment and collection records
• Assist Management with financial information
• Support Finance SOPs and process improvements
• Mandarin + English + Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Finance / Accounting experience preferred
