Senior candidates with international exposure may command higher packages; travel within Malaysia and overseas trips are possible.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

Higher Basic Salary may be considered for candidates with strong experience, proven performance, strong business networks or exceptional capabilities.

TDOX is expanding our Business Development Team.

We are looking for ambitious, proactive and results-driven people who can:

• Identify & develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with companies & organisations
• Explore Medical / Healthcare / Aesthetic / Beauty / Wellness partnerships
• Negotiate strategic partnerships & build long-term relationships
• Explore new markets & customer acquisition channels
• Support campaigns & business collaborations
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing
• Contribute directly to business growth & revenue

Candidates willing to travel within Malaysia, attend overseas business trips, explore international markets and develop international partnerships are highly encouraged to apply.

International BD experience is an advantage.

No direct BD experience? Sales Experience + Strong Communication + Business Mindset + Confidence + Willingness to Learn — you are welcome to apply.

RM3,500 – RM6,000 BASIC + BONUS + INCENTIVE

Final salary based on: Experience + Capability + Performance
