We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage full sets of accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely compliance, and smooth coordination with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full set of accounts and handle day-to-day accounting activities.

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and Company Secretary (CoSec) on accounting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters.

Ensure accounting records and processes comply with relevant financial reporting standards and statutory requirements.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist in ad-hoc finance-related duties and projects as required.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficient in using the SQL Accounting System.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
