Job summary

Viking Asphalt Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor, is seeking a treasury professional to manage daily banking activities, oversee cash flow, and coordinate trade financing with banks. You will handle bank facilities, reconcile accounts, and prepare cash flow forecasts.

Diploma or degree in accounting/finance with 3+ years' relevant experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and good Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or banking functions.
• Strong practical knowledge of banking facilities and trade financing.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Good analytical & communication skills, meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Company's day-to-day banking activities with banks, including banking facilities, cash flow management, and trade financing documentation.

• Handle bank facilities, including trade facilities, overdrafts, bank guarantees, letters of credit, bankers' acceptances and other financing arrangements.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide management with regular updates.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor banking transactions.

Liaise directly with banks & financial institutions.

Handle bank facilities, including trade facilities, overdrafts, bank guarantees, letters of credit, bankers' acceptances and other financing arrangements.

Requirements
