Repro Solution Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Finance Executive to manage the full set of accounts and oversee daily financial operations. You will handle financial statements, reporting, and internal controls to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience, English and Mandarin/Cantonese communication, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software (AutoCount preferred). Immediate availability is advantageous and you will liaise with auditors and authorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• LCCI or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and external parties.

• Handle and maintain full sets of accounts, financial statements and management reports.
• Manage and oversee the company's daily accounting and finance operations.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, payments and bank transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper financial controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and taxation is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
