UQPAY is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, payment tracking, documentation and reporting. This role offers exposure to multi-market finance operations within a global fintech environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, payment tracking, documentation and reporting. Bookkeeping: Accurately record daily financial transactions and maintain the General Ledger (GL), including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Schedule Management: Manage financial schedules, track payments, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely reporting.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and balance sheet schedules; maintain and organize financial documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Ad Hoc Duties: Support month-end and year-end closing, audits, tax filings and other finance-related tasks as needed.
Team Support : Assist and guide junior staff, support the Finance Manager, and collaborate with Settlement and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance roles preferred.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Good-to-have
Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, MIA) are an added advantage.
Previous experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is highly preferred.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
