Job summary

AS White Global in Kuala Lumpur combines global med-tech leadership with a collaborative finance team focused on supplier management, inventory accounting, and robust financial reporting across the region.

You will partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, contribute to month-end close, and support audits and compliance while helping strengthen governance and controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance with proven accounting operations experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable, inventory-related transactions, and end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
• Familiarity with Singapore GST requirements, accounting standards, and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of financial records across purchasing, inventory, and supplier transactions.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end activities that support timely reporting and informed business decisions.
• Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements while helping uphold strong governance and financial controls.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational data that enables teams across the business to work effectively.
• Get involved in process improvement initiatives and systems enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability.

What You'll Do

Key Criteria

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with proven experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, inventory-related transactions, and end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
• Familiarity with Singapore GST requirements, accounting standards, and a strong appreciation for compliance and controls.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Work setup:

• Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM MYT) Hybrid setup.
