Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting in Senai, Johor Bahru. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and ERP experience to work closely with operations and management.

The candidate will prepare statements, analyze costs and revenues, and assist with pricing and invoicing processes. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting software; Oracle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and financial analysis activities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Credit Control Team to improve collection and DSO.
• Deliver analytical support for complex budgeting projects and activities to prepare and evaluate statements necessary for budget control.
• Interpret, analyze and document financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues.
• Analyze issues and suggest enhancements in existing Budgeting processes, systems, techniques and methods.
• Work closely with operation to resolve any customer’s dispute.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, performance related reporting and relevant financial information to management.
• Analyze business results, cost allocation and profitability and ensure data quality in relevant systems.
• Guide business managers to better interpret financial information and draw conclusions.
• Align with commercial team to align pricing policy.
• Support Business Case Assessment (BCA) as & when needed.
• Work closely with commercial team on any revised selling rates changes in the billing process.
• Preparation, submission and delivery of invoices to customer to timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in ERP / Accounting software; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor Bahru.
