Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Finance professional in Senai, Johor Bahru to support budgeting, costing and financial reporting. You will work with Credit Control to improve collection and analyze cost, price, and revenue data.

You will provide timely financial analysis to management and align with commercial teams on pricing and business cases. The role requires a diploma/degree in accounting or finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in ERP/Accounting software; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Credit Control Team to improve collection and DSO.
• Deliver analytical support for budgeting projects and statements for budget control.
• Interpret, analyze and document financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues.
• Analyze issues and suggest enhancements in budgeting processes, systems, techniques and methods.
• Work closely with operations to resolve customer disputes.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, performance reporting and relevant financial information to management.
• Analyze business results, cost allocation and profitability and ensure data quality in relevant systems.
• Guide business managers to better interpret financial information and draw conclusions.
• Align with the commercial team to align pricing policy.
• Support Business Case Assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on revised selling rate changes in billing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Credit Control Team to improve collection and DSO.
• Deliver analytical support for complex budgeting projects and activities to prepare and evaluate statements necessary for budget control.
• Interpret, analyze and document financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues.
• Analyze issues and suggest enhancements in existing Budgeting processes, systems, techniques and methods.
• Work closely with operation to resolve any customer’s dispute.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, performance related reporting and relevant financial information to management.
• Analyze business results, cost allocation and profitability and ensure data quality in relevant systems.
• Guide business managers to better interpret financial information and draw conclusions.
• Align with commercial team to align pricing policy.
• Support Business Case Assessment (BCA) as & when needed.
• Work closely with commercial team on any revised selling rates changes in the billing process.
• Preparation, submission and delivery of invoices to customer to timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in ERP / Accounting software; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor Bahru.
