Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Finance Engagement Lead to own end-to-end financial management for Technology Accounting and Procurement projects. You will design recharge methodologies, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure transparent cost governance across multi-country entities.

The role requires senior financial leadership, cross-country collaboration, and strong analytical skills to drive cost efficiency and accurate reporting for stakeholders across the Group Technology function.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA an advantage.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA/CIMA.
10+ years of experience in finance, audit, finance transformation or project finance.
Experience in cost allocation, intercompany charging or shared services cost recovery.
Analytical, proactive with ability to challenge stakeholders in a multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

Designs and maintains the Group Technology recharge methodology and allocation drivers.
Runs the recharge cycle end to end including data collection, calculations and invoicing.
Engages finance leaders of local entities to explain outcomes and secure budgets.
Owns financial management of projects under Technology Accounting and Procurement.
Leads budgeting and reforecasting cycles for the project portfolio.
