Job summary

Prudential in Malaysia seeks a Finance Engagement Lead to own end-to-end financial management for the Technology Accounting and Procurement project portfolio. You will manage budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals and close, and oversee recharge allocations to local entities.

The role partners with local and group finance teams to ensure cost transparency, effective governance and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA is advantageous.
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA等 professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years in finance, audit, transformation or project finance, Big Four/SSC experience is a plus.
• Experience in cost allocation, intercompany recharge, transfer pricing support or shared services cost recovery.
• Analytical, meticulous and proactive with ability to work across multi-country setups.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end financial management for Technology Accounting and Procurement projects.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, actuals, accruals and close activities for the portfolio.
• Design recharge methodology, allocate costs and manage intercompany invoicing.
• Produce regular project finance reports and maintain strong governance controls.
• Engage with CFOs and local finance teams to explain outcomes and resolve queries.
