Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Management Executive to support the management accounting function, assisting in preparing accounts for a major company under supervision and independently handling full sets for smaller entities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or ACCA/CPA required.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Good computer literacy – with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting timelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling full set of accounts for major company, including month-end closing.
• Independently prepare full set of accounts for smaller/dormant entities in line with standards.
• Ensure timely month-end/year-end closings and accurate group reporting timelines.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in management reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance explanations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Assist in audit, tax, and statutory reporting matters.
• Ensure compliance with e-Invoicing and internal controls.
