Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a finance professional to analyze management accounts, prepare budgets and forecasts, and support audits. You will verify CAPEX utilization, manage intercompany processes, and assist in cost analysis and consultant payments.

The role requires a diploma or degree in accounting, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Healthcare exposure is preferred and the candidate should be accurate and reliable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance, healthcare preferred.
• Experience with revenue reporting, GL reconciliation, or audit support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze management accounts and prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain audit schedules, trial balance, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Verify CAPEX utilization and prepare feasibility studies for new CAPEX.
• Prepare monthly cost analyses and report consultant income/expenses.
• Monitor ECL provisions and assist in stock/financial controls.
