Responsibilities:

• Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
• Processing payments from listings, creating transactions in the bank, and obtaining necessary approvals
• Tracking and reconciling bank statements
• Recording accounts payable and performing necessary bookkeeping tasks
• Participating in quarterly and annual audits

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting (entry-level candidates are welcome)
• Formal education in accounting (at least a diploma in Accounting & Finance)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
