Job summary

The Roof Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking an administrative professional to maintain documentation, support finance tasks and coordinate internal activities in our Malaysia office. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and independent task execution.

You will handle day-to-day admin, bank reconciliations, vendor payments and liaise with bankers for overseas transfers, contributing to efficient office operations in a real estate environment.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Finance/Accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation and filling systems and keep them up to date
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support company activities
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks and ad-hoc duties
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank balances
• Liaise with bankers for overseas transfers
• Process payments: vouchers, claims, petty cash, online banking, invoices and receipts

Job description

Maintain documentation and filling systems to ensure it is kept up-to date.

Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support company activities

To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.

To prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.

Liase with banker for overseas transfer

Handling duties such as prepare payment voucher, processing claims, petty cash, bank bulk transaction, make payment via online banking, issuing invoices and receipts

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm

Saturday: 10am - 1pm (Alternative)

Location:

10 minutes walking distance from MRT Kuchai

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Finance/Accounts

Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Good team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently

Ability to multitask, work independently ,Hardworking, confident, excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude, result-oriented, positive and self-motivated

Must be able to speak Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
