We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Finance Assistant to join our team based in Port Klang. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level finance professionals. The successful candidate will support daily financial operations, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and assist the finance team with routine administrative and accounting tasks.

Key responsibilities

Assist in daily financial bookkeeping, data entry, and sorting and filing financial documents and vouchers.

Support basic accounting procedures, including expense checking, payment reconciliation, and simple account verification.

Assist with monthly financial sorting, data statistics, and preparation of basic financial reports.

Cooperate with internal departments to collect financial data and complete routine finance administrative work.

Follow company financial regulations to ensure all daily financial operations are standardized and compliant.

Complete other temporary financial assistance tasks assigned by the supervisor.

About you

Educational background: Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related financial majors.

Possess basic professional finance knowledge and understand fundamental accounting principles and financial workflows.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken); able to communicate smoothly with Chinese colleagues and business partners.

Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and able to strictly abide by financial confidentiality rules.

Basic computer skills (familiar with Office software, especially Excel) for financial data sorting and statistics.

Good learning ability and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to daily office work in Port Klang, Malaysia.
