Job summary

GENESIS PLUMBING SDN BHD is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage full-set accounting (AR/AP/GL) and support month-end processes.

You will input invoices, reconcile supplier statements, prepare cash flow reports, and coordinate with auditors and tax agents to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires bilingual communication in English and Malay, solid Excel skills, and at least four years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with full set of accounts: AR/AP/GL.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet closing deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Malay communication.
• Basic Excel skills and SQL Accounting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Key in daily supplier invoices and match with POs/DOs.
• Enter customer payments and update cash flow records.
• Prepare monthly cash flow and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate external parties for audit and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain proper accounting filing and year-end audit readiness.
• Assist in SST submissions and tax-related tasks.
