Job summary

KAISON FURNISHING SDN. BHD. is seeking an accounting staff to manage daily accounting operations including sales, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations for monthly closings. You will also handle collections, assist in full set of accounts, and prepare management reports with the team.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft programs.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with prioritisation.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operational duties such as sales, receivables, payables, payments verification, bank reconciliations, petty cash and journals for monthly closings.
• Perform daily collections, payments and credit related activities.
• Assist in the full sets of accounts and completing the financial closing tasks within deadlines with the team.
• Assist in the preparation of the management accounts & reports and ensure timely reporting.
