Job summary

Ifadal Jaya Sdn Bhd, established for over 10 years, is seeking an accountant to manage the full set of accounts in Kajang. The role covers AP/AR/GL, financial reporting, and intercompany transactions, with a 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday schedule.

Candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with proficiency in Autocount, Excel, and Word. Good communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting.
• Familiar with accounting standards and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL).
• Prepare and maintain P&L, Balance Sheet, TB.
• Manage daily cash book transactions and accuracy.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and external parties.
• Handle intercompany billings and stocks; prepare sales invoices.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Ad-hoc assignments by superior.
